Diet Day 1

Day 1 went pretty well. I found another version of the meal plan here: http://www.everydiet.org/diet/3-day-diet and it used carrots instead of beets, so I followed that instead. I don't really want to say what my starting weight was, but I will just let you know what I lose. I am also working on getting some pictures up.
I was surprisingly satisfied today, lunch was a little small, but at dinner I was so full I forgot to eat my apple. The ice cream was a really nice end to the day also, I never knew I liked vanilla ice cream so much! I can't wait to weigh in tomorrow morning :)
