Diet Day Two

I weighed in this morning and I lost 2lbs! This diet claims you can lose 10 in the 3 days, but I'm not delusional. I am in the 150-130 bracket and I know I wont be losing 10 lbs, but after today's weigh-in I am hopeful for 6.
Today seemed to have a larger amount of food to eat... 2 hot dogs?!? but tonight I really want to eat something else... I like hot tea a lot, and sometimes it makes me feel like I am eating a big cup of soup, but that just isn't doing it for me anymore tonight. The good thing about this diet is that now I just have to go to bed, wake up and have one more strict day, and then I can have something 'normal' in moderation. I already know I am going to try one of those new KFC grilled hot wing things. Which reminds me!! On the diet you can add salt, pepper, mustard, and lemon to your food to season them and thats it. I kinda decided to add hot sauce to that list because I love it and its 0 calories and all sodium (just like salt....)
I am kinda excited to weigh in tomorrow morning :)

  1. The version of the diet I do says you can eat about 3-4 oz. of ANY lean meat at dinner every night...so, tuna, chicken, lean beef...thank goodness, because I tried eating 2 hotdogs plain and it totally grossed me out.
    ps. I put hot sauce on everything too...even the tuna!
