What is the 3 day diet?

If you have found my blog I assume you already know what the 3 day diet is, but just incase this is the basics. There is a very specific meal plan you stick to for 3 days, then for 4 days you eat 'normally' and that does not mean pig out on chinese which is normal to me.....
The diet you follow is the following:

Day 1:
Breakfast:
Black coffee or tea/water
1/2 Grapefruit
1 slice toast
2 tbsps. peanut butter

Lunch:
1 can tuna
1 slice toast
Black coffee or tea/water

Dinner:
2 slices any type of meat
plenty of string beans
1 cup beets
1 small apple
1 cup vanilla ice cream
Black coffee or tea/water

Day 2:
Breakfast:
Black coffee or tea/water
1 boiled egg
1 slice toast
1 banana

Lunch:
1 cup cottage cheese
5 saltine crackers
Black coffee or tea/water

Dinner:
2 beef franks (hot dogs)
plenty of broccoli
1/2 cup carrots
1 banana
1 cup vanilla ice cream
Black coffee or tea/water


Day 3:
Breakfast:
Black coffee or tea/water
5 saltine crackers
1 apple
1 slice cheddar cheese

Lunch:
1 hard boiled egg
1 slice toast
Black coffee or tea/water

Dinner:
1 can tuna
1/2 cantaloupe
1 cup beets
plenty of cauliflower
1 cup vanilla ice cream
Black coffee or tea/water

It is very important you follow this diet for only 3 days and then take 4 off because eating so few calories so often will send your metabolism into hibernation and slow it down.

I am 22, I weigh..... more than I want ;)..... and I just got engaged. I refuse to try on any wedding dresses until I lose at lease 15 lbs! For this reason I am more motivated than ever. While I was researching this diet I couldn't find anyone's day by day account of what they thought of this diet, so I decided to make one. I am creating this blog at the end of my second day, but I will make new posts below as if I just started.
