Whoo! It's the end of the final day. I just finished my cup of cantaloupe and I never realized how much I liked it. This morning I lost another 1.5 lbs :)
Today I went with a friend to a Zumba class (its basically aerobic dancing) and it was probably more difficult than usual since I am running on low calories, but it deffinitly wasn't impossible. Food-wise I'm doing alright. I hope doing this will shrink my stomach because I can eat A LOT and if I can get used to eating 5 smaller meals a day I think that will help me in the long run. I can't wait to see the scale tomorrow and eat something different! (Like a salad....)
I think the next time I do this I am going to just make up my own menu and keep it under 750 calories and see if I lose the same amount.
